CapSure offers a selection of in Stock Blank Caps. In Stock items can be purchased Blank or Embroidered.
The following sections are guidelines to all the mandatory information needed in order to obtain a quotation Domestic Embroidery.

  DOMESTIC EMBROIDERED MINIMUMS

Minimum order restrictions apply on all domestic embroidered headwear orders.

Minimum of 144pcs (multiples of 72pcs) per style, per colour, per logo is valid for the following

* That have individual embroidered designs that combine no more than 1 section of the cap.

Minimum of 288pcs (multiples of 144pcs) per style, per colour, per logo is valid for the following

* That have individual embroidered designs that combine no more than 2 sections of the cap.

Minimum of 576 pcs (multiples of 288pcs) per style, per colour, per logo is valid for the following

* That have individual embroidered designs that combine no more than 3 sections of the cap.

Minimum of 1152pcs (multiples of 288) per style, per colour, per logo is valid for the following

* That have individual embroidered designs that combine no more than 4 sections of the cap.

PLEASE NOTE > Screen Printing on Tether is the only means of logo printing and is available on all orders.

ARTWORK

Customers must supply their own artwork, for us to process a quote
If you do not have supplied Artwork please contact our customer service department for assistance.

High-resolution artwork will produce better-finished goods. All artwork must be e-mailed in one of the following formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, JPG, TIFF, BMP, CDR, CMX and CDT.

We can also accept emailed embroidery files in the following file formats: .DST, .CND, .EXP, .CPT, .DSB

When submitting artwork, please indicate the size of the logos, locations, and the type of embroidery.

DOMESTIC EMBROIDERY
Please indicate which type of embroidery and the location. Please note that Domestic Embroidery is limited to the Following:

TYPE OF EMBROIDERY
* Regular Embroidery: Often known as flat embroidery, it is the most common embroidery. Thread is stitched to the fabric in the design of the required logo.
* 3D embroidery: The process of using foam between the fabric and the thread, to give the logo a 3D (raised) effect.
* 3D and Regular Embroidery: Combinations of 3D and Regular embroidery are possible.
* Metallic Embroidery: Using a metallic thread as apposed to regular thread for Regular or 3D embroidery. This thread is glossier and more ridged than regular thread.

EVENT DATE

Should your customer have an event date, it is imperative to inform us to ensure we can meet the required date.
We will inform you immediately if we are not able to meet the event date.

SAMPLE APPROVALS

Pre-production samples, E-mail photographs, and/or actual sew outs are available with every new domestic embroidered order, free of charge. A sample will be supplied within2 to 4 days of order being accepted, for your approval (Certain restrictions apply).

Any changes you require, will very likely delay delivery & certain surcharges may apply. Please contact our Sample Approval Department for further details in Canada-1-705-549-8091or US- 1-603-512-5116

After emails/samples are approved we immediately proceed with production of your order. Consequently no changes can be accepted after emails and samples have been approved.

NAFTA vs EXPORT FRIENDLY

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) between Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the United States, allows domestically produced goods to be imported within these countries “duty free” (certain restrictions apply). As most of Capsures Products are manufactured in China these rules do not apply.

Alternately if your company requires goods manufactured in Canada,or within the NAFTA borders CapSure has manufacturing facilities to accomodate your special orders. Please Call our Customer Service Department for Special Quotes and minimum requirements on Canadian manufacturing.

All the headwear we produce in China, is EXPORT friendly. This means that our headwear (stock & custom) can be shipped into the United States, as long as you pay the required duty. CapSure also has a head office in the United States that can import directly to your company in the States to avoid paying additional taxes otherwise added to Canadian and US imports. To export into the U.S. you require our Manufacturer Identification Code (MID), which we can supply you with. Please contact our customer service department for further details 1-705-549-8091

* Quantity you require per CapSure style
* The carrier you would like us to use to transport the product to you

SHIPPING

* All approved orders for in stock Blank Caps, are shipped either same day or the next business day.
* We will ship via the carrier of your choice.

DELIVERY:

We cannot guarantee the arrival date of product at your premises. Once product leaves our premises we cannot be held responsible for any shipment delays.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING:

We offer third party shipping, if requested, at no additional charge. (We do not offer third party shipping to our C.O.D. customers)
* We do not accept shortage claims.
* We do not accept returns.

It is still your responsibility to make sure that the goods received by a third party on your behalf, are the goods you ordered. If you inadvertently ordered the wrong product, or if we inadvertently shipped the wrong product, or if we in advertently short-shipped product, and the third party further finishes the product, it is understood that you are responsible for the total invoiced amount. Please carefully weigh the advantages and disadvantages of third party shipping to determine what is best suited for you.

TERMS / PAYMENTS

Any terms or conditions on your purchase orders, which are inconsistent with, additional to, or different from, the terms and conditions of CapSure are null and void.

PAYMENT TERMS:

* C.O.D. (cash, certified cheque or bank draft) or Net 30 days on approved credit (credit application must be submitted for our processing and approval).
* We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or online Verified Paypal Account. The transaction date corresponds to the shipping / pick-up date.
* We accept direct payment (i.e. Interac/debit card).
* Returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 charge and any credit privileges may be revoked.
* Credit limits are established for all customers.

GUARANTEE

* Only new materials are used in the fabrication of CapSure products.
* All stock items shipped from our warehouse are void of any defects and should arrive to you as they were shipped.
* If upon receiving the merchandise you feel the products to be “unsatisfactory” please contact customer service. CapSure will assess the situation and provide instruction as to the proper course of action.
* CapSure reserves the right to deem what is considered ‘defective’.
