Q2: Who is your clientele?


A: As a headwear importer, we sell to distributors, apparel manufacturers, embroidery companies and screen printers, brand name apparel companies, major chain stores or mass merchandise retailers and buying groups. We also offer an Embroidered line in our online Retail Store

Q4: What is the minimum quantity for our in stock order?
A: The minimum order for wholesale in stock blank caps is 144 caps per style 12 per color. All orders are shipped in multiples of 12. Minimum order for retail in stock blank caps is two dozen 12 per color.

Q5: What is your office hour?
A: Both of our offices in Canada and the US are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, according to their time zone.

Q6: Can I order in bulk, but stock up in your warehouse?
A: We can provide storage for customers in our warehouses in Canada & the USA.

Q7: What are your delivery lead-time & arrangements for in stock orders?
A: If orders are placed before 1:00pm, we provide same day shipping. Depending on customers' delivery requirements, our experienced warehouse staff will arrange the delivery of the shipment.

Q8: Do you have a sample kit?
A: We prefer to provide a tailor-made sample kit that will suit the needs and requirements of individual customer.

Q9: Do you have any pre-booking programs?
A: It is always advisable for customers to work out a pre-booking program with us should they already have business forecast in the coming months/year. Delivery will be arranged according to the booking schedule.

Q10: Do you have distributors across Canada?
A: We are currently setting up distributors throughout Canada. Please check with our Customer Services Department at 1-705-549-8091 for details.

Q11: What are your payment options?
A: We accept the following: cash, interac, and credit cards (MC, Visa, and A.E). You may also apply for terms by sending in our Credit Application Form. Approval will be processed within 2 - 4 weeks.

Q12: Can I ship CapSure headwear from Canada to the United States?
A: Yes you can ship to the United States , all our Headwear is Export Friendly. Also customers may order through our US office to save on paying extra duty charges.

Q13: Can I order for my US customers? Do you do embroidery in the U.S.?
A: Yes. You may order for your US customers and merchandise will be shipped from our US warehouse. We can arrange domestic embroidery in the United States or we can direct you to an embroidery company.
